Wendy J.M. Welsh, Esq.

Wendy practices in the areas of estate planning, business law, and some real estate. In addition to preparing estate planning documents for individuals and families, she works with small and medium-sized companies in the areas of contracts, entity formation, and corporate governance.

Wendy received her undergraduate degree (B.A. 1992, Dean’s List) from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She received her law degree (J.D. 1996, cum laude) from the University of Minnesota. She is admitted to practice law in Minnesota (state and federal court) and Wisconsin.

She has been a member of the American Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, Wisconsin State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Volunteer Lawyer’s Network, and Minnesota Women Lawyers. She also served as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem for the juvenile court system in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
