Kevin Lanigan practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Trust Administration. Kevin has worked with families to plan the disposition of their assets for over 25 years and has assisted thousands of clients with Estate Planning, Business Planning and Elder Law and post-death planning. Kevin works with clients to insure that their plans reflect their particular individual goals and the needs of their families.
Kevin is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and both the probate and trust law section and elder law section. Kevin consistently attends continuing education programs to ensure that the best planning techniques are provided to
Kevin is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, a professional association of attorneys dedicated to improving the quality of legal services to seniors and people with special needs.
Kevin is also a volunteer attorney with Wills for Heroes, a non-profit association of attorneys who donate their services to provide estate plans to police officers, firefighters and other first responders throughout Minnesota.
